Thermo-electric details

Heating over 3 sides in mod. FC 150 and 250,

Heating over 5 sides in the other models,

Heating elements inserted inside the ceramic pipes for 1100 °C, and in Kanthal  for 1280 °C, wrapped outside the pipes. They are anchored to the kiln walls by refractory supports in order to guarantee a greater protection to the thermo-elements. Moreover, the element' s distribution and number assure the maximum temperature uniformity in the chamber.

Cooling valve on the top and also on the bottom to allow a rapid manual cooling.

Control panel provided with microprocessor with several programs and steps allowing the programming of the firing cycle, automatic restarting in case of short-term power loss.

Security device interrupting automatically the power supply when opening the door.

Extra functions on demand:

Thyristor control on the heating elements.
