Front loading electric kilns with high technical details
to be used  both for hobby than professional use.
Specific  for firing ceramics, gres, porcelain, glass colours, photoceramics.

door provided with a double blocking system by adjusting knobs.
Inspection window on the door.
Heating over 3 sides  through Heating elements inserted in the wall chamber grooves (for an easer maintenance and replacement) and calculated in order to assure maximum temperature uniformity inside.
Cooling by a valve on the top and also on the bottom in the model FCH 300.
Control panel provided with microprocessor with several programs and steps, allowing the programming of the firing cycle and the automatic restart in case of short-term power loss.
Security device interrupting automatically the power when opening the door

Only for Industry and Professional Operator (R38- R49 risk classes) 
Panels with High Insulating properties in order to reduce electric consumption (kw) – very good mechanical strength
Surface treatment to reduce the powders.
 
FCHE ECOLOGICAL LINE :  “High Temperature Insulating  Materials” Coating (no RCF) 
Material with  no risk classes –rif. European Directive 67/548/ECC
same insulating power and effective energy saving as the ceramic fibres - middle mechanical strength
