Firing Accessories and Hobby Basement:
The kiln price doesn’t include accessories.
It is given only with one refractory base plate. Other refractory accessories (as columns, plates, boxes,  ..) are supplied separately. The basement for hobby kilns is sold aside.

Delivery date: it is communicated together with the offer. Usually, for hobby kilns it takes from 3 to 10 days.

Orders: Orders are treated in writing, throughout “estimate-confirmation” documents, and the order starting is subjected to our receiving  the related Order Confirmation by fax, e-mail or mail.

Payment: a 30% account is requested with the order, by a bank transfer (except for schools and public bodies). In case of cash on delivery  payment, a 2% commission is taken from the transport company.

Additional costs:
Transport: it can be carried out by our vans or by a transport company.
The related cost is estimated from time to time, on the basis of destination, shipment volume and weight, other services requested, as cash on delivery, mobile-platform equipped van, delivery on appointment, …

Unloading: The kiln unloading from the currier vehicle should be operated throughout receiver’s means. Kilns up to 100/120 kgs  can be unloaded by hand with 2-3 people helping. In any case it is possible to ask for  the specific service of vehicle equipped with a “mobile platform”, in order to get down the package. This service is counted apart and it must be requested together with the order form.

Installation:
if requested, the cost is estimated on the basis of the delivery conditions and the kiln positioning.
It can be avoided in case of hobby kilns, while it is  highly recommended  for professional models, in particular for pull-out trolley version.

At the receiving:
in case of currier delivery.
Each kiln is delivered equipped with a careful packaging, completely protected and anchored to a pallet.
All the transport instructions are written on it: fragile – nothing to place on it .  
(We suggest to keep the packaging, in order to send the kiln back in case of future assistance).
At the receiving, the client has to check there aren’t damages or missing parts.
Otherwise, he has to sign the shipping documents writing « goods in reserve ».
Afterwards, having checked the type of damage, he has to make a complaint, including some pictures, within 8 days from the receiving. In case of delays, the complaint can’t be granted.

Spare Parts The heating elements and other common spare parts (ex. Ceramic fibre, refractory bond, thermocouples, controllers, etc..) are immediately available at our warehouses.  The shipment usually takes 2/3 working days.
In the hobby models, the heating elements  can be easily replaced  without any technician work. This allows the client to reduce the assistance costs.

User’s Manual and declaration of Conformity CE
All the kilns are built in accordance with the actual CE regulation, they are supplied with a Conformity Certificate and a plate showing all the technical dates.
Inside the kiln, there is a detailed user’s manual and the controller’s manual. If requested, the first firing programming  and the first start can be followed by our technicians on the phone.
Moreover, the client can ask to send the kiln with some programming cycles already memorized – on the basis of his firing needs.

Before installing
Electric kilns can be installed only inside.
The electric system must be earthed and it should have an industrial plug calculated on the electrical input of the kiln. The electric line must be protected by a differential switch.
It’s not allowed the use of adapters or extensions but temporarly.

First firing
A first firing must be held with the kiln empty in order to evacuate the dampness and burn the organic bond inside the insulating materials.
Look out! in this first firing you will have some smoke. We recommend to do it in well- airy premises.
