The focus on quality, the wide chances of personalising beyond the productive standards and a professional and timely technical support are our main means in order to globally satisfy the client’s needs from the designing, to the finished product, up to the after-sales. The Quality policy, pursued since the planning activity, is closely liaised with a painstaking policy for security, in order to assure reliability, compliance and long lasting features, while our production flexibility allows us to machine “tailored made kilns” that meet the numerous requests of personalization from the clients. Moreover, the company aims to offer both a fair pre-selling advice, addressing the client’s choice after a careful analysis on his needs and limits, both a post-selling support, assuring the client technical assistance and spare parts replacing for several kilns. Recently, our efforts have been focused on an unflagging research for new materials and innovative technical solutions: in order to enhance the energy effectiveness performed by our products and attaining remarkable savings; also in order to endorse the adoption of materials – without refractory Ceramic Fibres (RCF), encouraging the purchase - in particular by the Ceramic sector operators – of the Ecologic Kilns and the Refractory brick Kilns, recently launched on the market. |
